We get very few refund requests, but we recognise that customer experiences do vary and no product can be to everyone’s preference.

This gives you time to enjoy a month’s supply and to experience the effects.

Money Back Promise

Our Money Back Promise is limited to one bottle per address and household and the refund request is valid for 45 days from your date of purchase.

How to get a refund

To obtain a refund, please email us at info @ clinicnutrition.co.uk stating your original order number or use the contact form on our contact us page.

We do not offer a money back promise on multi-purchases or the triple pack.

Note: This promise is given in good faith.  It is limited to individuals and only one refund will be issued per request; bulk requests and requests made by businesses, groups, clubs or organisations will not be accepted.
